Vision Powder Booth Construction
Vision Powder Booths cabin construction is high quality polycarbonate flanged panel precision puncheded on six inch centers for quick and simple assembly. The Vision Powder Booth base is a steel tubing and 12 gauge 304 stainless steel floor. The two exterior rails are used as air manifolds eliminating the need for additional air piping and providing a sleek and clean exterior.
Our collectors are 14 gauge fully welded with adjustable feet and casters.
Vision Control Packages
Vision Control packages range from simple on-off with pulse timers and gauges to PLC based units with gun triggering, conveyor control and digital monitering of filter pressures. All control packages feature VFD adjustable motor controls.
Vision Batch Powder Booths
Vision Batch powder booths are available in a variety of configurations. Open face industrial styles with optional filter doors to opposing collector inline spray to waste units.
